Sentria Embedded ReporterTM
Sentria Embedded Reporter is the light-weight DLL that resides dormant in your product until an exception occurs or is triggered directly by the application. Then, it wakes up and displays a wizard to help your users help you, by collecting the technical information necessary to pinpoint and debug the problem. The amount and type of information collected is configurable so you only take what you absolutely need and/or what is in accord with your company's privacy policies. The information that Embedded Reporter gathers is available to the user for review before it is sent or the user can choose not to send anything at all.
